VERIFY: structural — all acdl-*→nova-* in terraform (DynamoDB, Secrets, Lambda, SNS, SG, KMS alias, ECS, ECR, IAM, state bucket, ALB, VPC) + Lambda defaults (D-111) + nova-deploy role ARN; behavioral — terraform validate PASS + 615 pytest PASS + run_ci.sh 3-stage PASS; security — ABAC policy ARNs updated, state-bucket -migrate-state documented; quality — grep-zero on acdl- in terraform (0 hits). New docs/NOVA_AWS_MIGRATION.md runbook + scripts/migrate_dynamodb_data.py (+17 tests).
